  • 3 tbs fine brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to approximately 375°F.
  2. Mix the blueberries, cornstarch, granulated sugar (if needed), and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
  3. Divide mixture between 2 ramekins.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Once the dry ingredients are well mixed, add the butter and mix with a fork, a blender, or your own hands until you form crumbs.
  6. Spread the oat mixture over the two filled ramekins and place them in the oven to bake for 15-20 min. The crisp will turn golden-brown and the mixture will form bubbles once the blueberry crumble is ready.
