Shipping

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with which you can track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with the confirmation and expected delivery date.

The only orders that can be changed are the ones who have not yet been processed for shipping.

Once an order is under the status “preparing for shipping “, “shipping” or “delivered” then we cannot accept any changes.

We currently ship just in the US.

Returns

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

-          The item shouldn’t have been used in any way

-          The return request was made within the first 28 days of delivery

-          The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

In order to make an exchange, mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support team.

Returns within the US are free.

Returns are confirmed within the first 14 days of receiving the package at our official warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within the first 14 days.
