Return Policy

Damaged or Defective?
Please contact us at info@unocasa.com to report the issue. Include the order number, a description of the item you would like to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. A picture would also do. If it’s damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement.

You can pay $5 extra for Two-Day Expedited Shipping to US-based addresses. As of now, we cannot support International Shipping.

You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or American Express. We do not accept checks, western union or broken promises.

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective and was purchased within the past 15 days, please contact us at info@unocasa.com to report the issue. Include the order number, a description of the item you would like to return and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. A picture would also do. If it’s damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement.

In the event the item is no longer available and you have contacted us within 15 days of the purchase date, we may issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase based on the condition of the item. You will be required to return your defective item to us before an exchange or refund is issued.

If you have simply changed your mind about the product, you can process a refund & return the product back to us within 15 days.

We hope it doesn't come to this, but if you need to cancel your products before it is shipped, for any reason please be sure to e-mail us. No phony rules.
