Didn't get a chance to use this yet. The pics led me to believe there will be 2 sets. Instead, the 2 parts lock together to make 1 unit. Appears to be sturdy.

The only thing missing was the hook closure. Everything else is exactly as advertised. I'm particularly happy about the size of the griddle.
