Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in your wok over medium-high heat. Add your choice of vegetables. We used broccoli and thinly sliced bell peppers, but you can add any other veggies. Season them and cook for 3-5 min or until vegetables have softened.
Add 2 tbsp of water and cook veggies for a few more minutes until the water has evaporated. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Wipe the wok with a dry cloth. Heat 2 tsp of oil over high heat.
Place steak in the pan and cook each side for 2-3 min or until cooked.
Add vegetables back to the pan and pour over your teriyaki sauce. Cook for a few more minutes over medium-high heat or until the sauce gets warm.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy.
