1 cup of almond flour
2 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum
1/4 tsp of salt
2 large eggs

Mix the almond flour, ground flaxseed, xanthan gum, and salt in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined.
Crack both of your eggs into the food processor and pulse the ingredients together again. Keep pulsing until a firm ball of dough begins to form.
Clean a kitchen countertop and lay down a large piece of parchment paper.
